For Associate Pastors

As an associate pastor, your role is to support and take guidance from your senior pastor as well as to develop vision and followership for your sphere of ministry.

You are following the lead and vision of the senior pastor. Learning to work within the senior pastor’s leadership style while offering your insights and opportunities for change can be complicated.

Additionally, a generalized versus specific role may require an emphasis on different leadership behaviors based on whom you minister to within your community.

The focus is to understand your leadership style and expand your leadership skills to meet growing responsibilities.

Individual Leadership Coaching ranges from three to six months.
